Thank you so much for your chair workout’s. They help so much because it gives me a good workout with my knee arthritis. The chair workout were great because workouts that make me stomp my feet. A lot are not good on my knees. Again, thank you so much and can you make some more chair workouts?

I'm 37 and I've never been a big fan of exercise, but I like your videos. Had my first baby at 36 and I had so much pain in my hips and legs I had to use a cane for at least half the pregnancy. More than losing weight, my goal is to prevent this in a second pregnancy. I'm feeling pretty good about how this video works some of those muscles I need to strengthen!

Recently turned 50 and because I had my children a little later than most… my longevity health is most important to me. As a result, I’ve been on a journey to say the least lol on a lot of great supplements no hormones… But wanting to add effective exercises beyond the Zumba class of past. This kicked my butt, but I loved it as I was doing it, I could imagine myself getting stronger and I can only imagine that by the 30th time I do it, I’m gonna be amazing just like you! ☺️ Thank you for posting!

hi schelly,i am 63 years old,i have been following your programs for 5 weeks now,the first week i started with exercises on the chair belly fat,from the second week there is also badwings,neck hump,and this one was added,i definitely feel better and i will continue doing them,i would like to lose some weight about 5 kg,is that feasible?how long do you think it will take before i lose some weight?in any case i will continue doing the exercises because i need them to keep my body in shape,thanks in advance
