I don't know what you truly had to go through but I'm sorry for everything you've had to... Everything that's still going on, you can overcome it, I promise you can. I was also in a bad place in life, tormented by severe anxiety with chronic overthinking on a daily basis since 2023 November's end and I didn't know how it's going to go back to how it used to be but as of now what made it unbearable is gone and any of the thoughts that I still get get blocked out and muffled. It can get better like that with every situation you're in right now, no matter how bad. What helped me personally, against my fight with anxiety, was praying. God is always ready to help anyone who calls on Him. He loves every one of us that He's created and can turn any situation around, no matter how bad it is at the moment. It might not happen momentarily but what I experienced, and have heard from others, is proof nothing is impossible. Call on Him if you're in distress and don't give up on praying, but I would never force anyone to pray, only do if you really want to. What has changed a lot of people's lives was accepting Jesus Christ, His Son, who was sent to die on the cross for everyone's sins, as their Lord and savior (so that nobody who believes in Him should perish but have eternal life after they die, a life without all of the pain and suffering this world has to offer.) (I mentioned that since there might be people who don't know who Jesus is) Accept Him only if you genuinely want to and confess to Him any sins that you have made, forcing anyone to when they don't want to makes me uncomfortable.
