Love this topic. Over the past year (June 2023-June 2024) I lost 130lbs from 330lbs to 198lbs (so far). I am currently at about 15-16% body fat, but from day 1 I focused on high protein and dedicated training and cardio while maintaining my deficit. There’s definitely no cheats or gimmicks, you have to put the work in. You can’t skip the resistance training!
