I actually did not play when i first started watching your videos. After watching the first thirty or so of them I bought a cheap guitar and spent hours watching youtube videos and working on to make playable. Now i play all the time, even though any variation of a bar chord escapes me, i can still come here and watch one of your videos and make progress, which keeps me interested. Much appreciated sir.

Wow, I can't explain to you what watching this video did for me. I haven't played guitar in the last 10 years and when I heard the song on the radio the other day I was like I have to play this one. So I picked the guitar up and I went and found Matt and it just reminded me of my teenage years going on the computer. Trying to figure out those three chords then press that girl. God bless you man

This is awesome. My daughter loves this song. I am just starting to learn guitar. My son started taking lessons about 4 months ago so I try to learn with him and jam. We will have to try this one out. I got a recommendation for next lesson, And Then Some by Midland. Appreciate the vids bud. You have helped a lot. Can't wait for the 4 chord book to come in the mail.

This is a good one to play in drop D if you like that big full open chord sound. Strum all 6 strings on each chord.
