i think it was a great finale. i shed a tear when maddy died and fiona said shall we shoot them, also when charlie with michael in fiona somewhere safe thank you for one of my all time favourite show. know about the sam axe prequel im hoping for a jesse and sam sequel of burn. i will miss this show

The spinoff is unconfirmed. It's probably nothing more than posturing in order to build intrigue for the finale. If you watch the clip closely, you'll see an image from a navy funeral (it's pretty easy to spot a navy uniform). Sam was a navy seal.

I don't know how any one can think this was a terrible ending. He was being seduced by "the Dark Side" as in a Star Wars fashion. And the love of his life was threatened...and like Vadar saving Luke from the Emperor Michael saved Fi! All he care for and fought for came crashing back and he became the hero we all know and love!

Nice ending, tears for madeline, but what an epic ending. Obvious but i like it. My favorite part was: Mike: What i'm gonna tell him when he grow up? Fi: Tell im the truth Mike: Where do i start? Fi: Start with the beginning, Tell him "My name is Michael Westen, I used to be a spy"...

That's pretty damning. I went back and paused on the funeral cut, and I noticed that the personnel holding the flag over the coffin are wearing naval uniforms, which means it can only be one person...

The ending was great, but the explosions were anything but realistic; the second Kendrick released the trigger, the entire building would have collapsed. What TV shows don't realize is that explosions don't follow you around; the only delay is the time it takes for the signal to reach the device (which is measured in milliseconds).

I'm thinking its a twist. Matt nix and producers know better than to give away the finally like this. I'm thinking Maddie dies..or maybe mike fakes his death. Because @0:15 is a funeral and those are navy seals removing the flag and standing so if that's so in thinking my favorite Sam might be on his way out. I hope not though, with the talk of Sam and Jesse getting a spin off I'm thinking Maddie or mike.

I think Michael will fake his death - Fi, Maddie, Michael and Charlie will go into hiding - like leave the country; but I still think James will end up dying in the end (I hope so, because I'm tired of the crap). I had my moments where I liked James but its time for his whole "group" to go along w/Sonya - think Michael kills her or somebody else does (a sniper) & James sees this from the helicopter. I didn't like the idea of Michael being the "new James". Michael has every right to distrust

Yeah I know what ya meant. Yeah I can see that but the flag is for military or Gov't agent so it can be anyone in the CIA or in the main group. We still aren't sure that's a funeral for one of the main Members to. So yeah we never know. I'm thinking its Maddie. Killing Sam even though he's a Fav wouldn't do much. Killing off Maddie would leave Charlie to be raised by Sam and fi and etc. so idk I could see Michael dying but Matt Nix has confirmed mikes not dying so yeah I wonder

Military or Gov't agent. So really this could be Jesse, mike or sam. I believe I see Sam in that footage. When you look at that part pause & u see someone sitting next to the lady with sneakers on & a colorful shirt under the suit. I'm thinking that's Sam. I'm thinking Maddie dies because Sharon gless hinted BAD that the producers do something with her character that she's wanted them to do for a long time. So idk maybe Mike, Sam, Jesse OR Maddie. My money's on Maddie though. .

Guys there are TWO caskets at the funeral scene. They only showed you one. Plus it's at the same grave site as Nate so my guess is DEFINITELY Maddie for one and the second I'm gonna guess mike or Charlie. More pics released from this scene, Jesse and Sam are at the funeral. Only people u can't see is Fi, Mike, and Maddie and Charlie.

True but thing is there were pics released from that scene and there are TWO caskets being buried next to each other. I already know Maddie dies judging by the second casket that was there. I know Sam wouldn't be buried next to her so my guess is Michael or Charlie. Plus Sam and Jesse are clear as day in the released pics from that scene.

Bit of a spoiler but Sam can't die. There's news that there will be a spin off with Sam and jesses characters so they're safe. Sonya will catch a bullet which is sad cause I likes her. Ever since this show started I've always had a feeling mike would self sacrifice in the end. I'm staying with that prediction. I don't think mike makes it to the end.

OK so Fi doesn't die. Sam doesn't die, the rest are still alive. Sonya will die and it's not a big surprise. Too bad, I actually sympathized with Michael and James. This show actually got better in time now it will end like some stupid Twilight clone. I hate the guts of that CIA director and I hope that if James die, he'll die too. However, killing Fi was never an option.

I think I had read somewhere that Matt nix said it was safe to say that Michael doesn't die at the end of the episode...?? But that doesn't mean that he won't. And he said that the viewers would be happy with an ending of mike and fi. And even Jeffrey hinted that mike and fi would be together!! I'm praying on that!! But with these writers you never know...

It's either Maddie or Sam that dies. With Sam being one of my favorite characters I hope he doesn't because it wouldn't make it sense. Pause @ 0:15 and you can see some sitting with sneakers and a suit with a colorful shirt under it..something Sam would wear. But only very few gets a flag draped casket so maybe Michael...idk

Sucky end for Momma Westin! Sam and Jesse will most likely get a spin off series that won't quite capture the mahic of burn notice.. there was talk of a burn notice movie at one point, that should have been the end of the series not a two part cliff hanger where one of the main cast dies!

oh man i wanted Michael to go dark so bad. Stick it to the CIA and run shit around. This ending is so cliché. Good guy fighting the good fight.. It would have been better to see the fall of a good man. Doing his own thing instead of him being a puppet.

If you watch that cuts from the next episode carefully, you see an American flag, which to me says either Sam or Jesse dies, and at the end you see Mike and Fi kissing. So unless there's a big twist, this preview just laid out the series finale for us...

No Barry showing up would be too random. It's either Sam or Maddie I believe. Sharon Gless who plays Maddie hinted BAD that something was being done with Maddie that she's wanted them to do with the character for a long time so I'm thinking Maddie.

Naw Mike and Fi faked their death after the building James in exploded. Sadly Maddie dies. They are no longer fugitive and an enemy to the US. Sam and Jesse are still best of buddies chillin out.

Episode 12 was epic but Michael's interaction with Sam was irrational. He should hav said "u silly Sam! I'm turning James over in 1 hour, just chillax and watch" and then went with James' plan.
