He will be a bitter old man before some, if not most of these projects are ever finished. He's just too old and has way too many projects going on. It's sad. I've seen it happen many my times before.

@@doejon9424 Whew, that's a little blunt but I can see the point. There are guys who just take on castles that they can't build. That said, you gotta like his attitude. All those stones stacked up in Scotland seem like a lot of energy for no reason but it's what they did over there. There's a phrase, Chasing Windmills or something. I like digging ditches. I liked doing that when I was ten yrs. old. I still like to dig a good ditch and I have a steady income. Don't burst people's bubbles if there's no intervention called for.

@@Jeff-jg7jh I'm the same way. Many people are that way. It's not a bad thing. He's a pleasant person. He is wealthy enough to do that. I watch most of his videos.. he just has so many "projects" and "future plans" for things around the compound. It's like a "childs adult" hobby garage.. with unfinished models, bird houses, chainsaw engines, etc. It's just sad spending decades with all these plans & then you get older and nothing gets/got finished. I mean.. that compound should theoretical be nearly done but he's just taken on so much other stuff. Not to mention all the new junk trucks & other stuff he's been separating. It was more of an observation than criticism. But sometimes it's best to finish things you have started than start even more stuft going, with grand plans, that get put off due to even more projects. But it's also partially just a big stress relief compound for him.. everything is at his pace - on his terms. Who knows. I just know he is setting himself up for grief later in life because nothing ever got finished

Thanks Tyler... And a note for others..... Most people do not see the other things I have done and am currently doing. I could lose everything, and I mean everything and still be standing, smiling. I have lost more than most people have, traveled, learned, found great treasures and lived life to its fullest. I came with nothing and when I leave Jesus will give me more than I can comprehend.... Thanks to you all! Even the negative comments help me grow....
@doejon9424

@@mtnfortresslabs It's extremely easy for anyone to say that, when they have the means or financial flow to literally rebuild a compound or parts of compound that burned down.. multiple times. It wasn't ment to be a negative comment anyway. I was simply saying that you will grow old before any of this stuff gets finnishd. You won't see most of these projects finished.. and then your past dreams will become someone else's project, maybe the Diesel Bro's? Who knows at this point. It's a bad habit to start things and never finish them. And you are the type that wants to see his projects done a certain way.. so you won't hire any to help. It's simply too much labor & projects for 1 man. And that's just the compound area, Forget about all the mining equipment, vehicles & tools that you have plans for. Again, it wasn't ment to be negative at all. I've seen it happen to many people before. Maybe you will jus become humble and start even more projects that branch from other projects. However, I've seen people just become bitter old men, they don't really trust anyone, they won't sell anything - eventhough they won't ever do anything with it after a certain point. Again.. it wasn't necessarily negative. I wouldn't watch your content, let alone comment if I thought you were some clown.

That's the last thing you need is a meteorite crashing into your fortress but we need to remain positive not negative to prevent things like that happening towards your property. Now the clean up has finished and it's the end of your day - it's time for your shower and to relax feeeeling gooood, once again, after a long day of labor. Well done Wizard.

That’s a lot of lone long hours of difficult work. I’m impressed by what you salvage and why. A no waste “policy”. I hate sorting out screws and nails on a much much smaller level. The grit, grime, dirt and grease from those minor piles are nasty. I get the dirt and dirty black water. In a smaller scale of course. No floods. No crazy squirrels. Although I’ve had to have a fat armadillo caged and it may have come back. I sprinkled cayenne pepper - the yard smelled like enchiladas except when the powder went up my nose!!! I’ve taken on a snake and a rat. Bunch of lizards rescued from the chihuahua. Oh, I do have a problem w rain gathering and sticking around too much, WHEN it rains. I saw a lightning strike out the window the other day. Very close. Saw blue and white and heard the sound immediately. That makes 2 times I have been near strikes and one which happened in water I was about to step into. Yikes!! Years ago, the 3. But I ain’t seen me no meteorite and I hope I don’t. At least a crashing bad or near one. That line “I ain’t seen me no…” it’s from a movie. What one? Can’t recall. I will after I sign off. Stay safe and I’m glad you can return to the main projects and interim project of the (machine) can’t remember … back hoe? Thanks for updating.
