I get the impression that BTW will end with either one of 2 options: 1. Random dragon shows up and Balgo proves his worth by defeating it thus they ignore his execution. 2. Bleach character shows up (Urahara hopefully) and ends with a big cliffhanger making us want more.

3. An open ending! After the stunt Wingbind pulled, the two female MCs go rogue and escape with the male MC with their boss' help. Thus, they become fugitives and explaining the title: "Burn The Witch"!

@@daanduijkers4845 This should happen , or something that would lead to an open ending . There is just to much to end with only one chapter left . A bleach character pooping up would be great too like Urohara as Saka Rin would be great too . There is just too much potential to waste it imo .

I feel there is so much more to the world in spite of the little time Kubo will have to explore it. Which is cool, it make the world feel real. And we know it's not just an empty facade. If needed, Kubo could stretch it all out. It's obvious he is centred in this specific story and plot (Balgo's execution), not on the showing worldbuilding and on exploring all it has to offer (as mostly done in bleach with each arc). It feel like an extended one shot. Not a grand scheme of events, just a focused story. We are too spoilt with Bleach's vast depth and Aizen's greater plan haha

There's only one chapter left and this just started :( I think there's material for it to become a long series, not as long as Bleach tho, but still longer than 4 chapters.. I don't really know what to expect from next week's chapter, but, as I have already said a week ago, i'll probably like it anyway

Well, I do think the MCs will go rogue after the stunt WingBind just pulled. Thus leaving us with an open ending that leaves the opening for a full serialization. But I wouldn't go that far.

We all know how good a Healthy Kubo can write. If This manga had atleast 40 chapters that would be very nice for a series with so much Potential. I think they are testing the water with 4 chapters.

i think next chapter is confirmed to be 55 pages but man i want this series to go on for long, it feels like we`re half way trough the first arc of something great. you can tell kubo is having fun with this manga and i really hope he continues with this series

My theory is that this is just to test the waters. Just like when Boruto started as a side story in chapter 700. Which was side by side with the Boruto movie. Pretty similar IMO. So hopefully it does become a longer series as well.
