Like just book the celeb guest for longer than you'll need them - make sure a runner/2 or 3 runners go to grab the food once you get the confirmation that they're 20/40 mins away and invest in a portable hotplate FFS. The SHEER amount of cold food you serve to these people is abismal!!!!! Also I NEVER wanna see a cold pork pie EVER. Used to hate them about 15 years ago cus I was always served them cold but when my brother threw one in the oven for me once when I was young my life changed. Pap also goes well with "braai" meat/"Shisanyama" and tomato gravy, "mogodu", "skopo/smiley". "Putu pap" goes well with "amasi" and sugar. You can offer "magwinya" with mince curry , "Kota". You can also offer "Briyani/Akni", "samoosa" fish and chips. The drinks can be "umqombothi", "mageu", "amasi", ginger beer. To make it more fun, you can also add "koeksisters" for desert or malva pudding, milk tart or peppermint tart etc. Try and offer them a "chupa/bompie". It will take them back to their childhood years
