Anthony M. Oh shutup. I was waiting to see which idiot would post this comment. Listen, uncle: Y’ALL ARE HAMITES TOO. Not all the slaves were taken from their homes; there were slaves that *remained* in the motherland too. The tribes would fight with one another and then sell their POW (amongst others), to the colonisers who had come under the guise of ‘trade’. Everybody black came from Ham, period. The Semitic people came from Shem, and the Caucasians, from Japheth. I don’t know why some of you people are so desperate to dissociate yourselves from Africa but that’s where you descended from, sorry.

At the end of the day if you know where youre from etc.. why not cherish that? Your grankids and great grandkids wont care if i was born in xyz.. what they would care about is their ANCESTRY so why not give them the benefit of knowing and being proud of it by being vocal about once ethnicity and educated on the culture and people!

@jahotgal01
@jahotgal01 5 жыл бұрын
@Bill olu Compton how many rich people around America are flossing and people are suffering??? That was my point. This is not some unique thing to Africa so why single them out? Please dont act like colonization is not the reason there is poverty in Africa please take your skewed American glasses off and read about African history. Even with all of that they are still Kings and Queens.

This year marks 400 years since the gory days of slave trade officially ended and Ghana🇬🇭 is marking it with a festival called “The Year Of Return” this December 2019. Y’all should book your tickets and come down to Ghana🇬🇭. We can’t wait to welcome you all. Like Mama Burna said “Remember you were African FIRST before you became anything else” and we can’t wait to show you the true kings and queens that you REALLY are. Wear your crowns & stand TALL!!!

I don't understand the speech.. Who's not calming to be African heritage. God bless the mom and powerful words.. however Burna Boy or his Mom doesn't make me an African, my Ancestors do.. Another African telling me i am African, is nice, but it means nothing.. My African Ancestors that were rapped and beaten and was shipped off in underground ships make me who i am and this makes me African... Big up to his Mom and Godbless her and Burna Boys soul. Burna boy I love his music.
