Tutorial for the fantasy wargame Burning Banners from Compass Games. This video covers the rules for the Advanced Game. I highly suggest you watch the Basic Game video for Burning Banners, as this video builds on that introduction.

Wow this looks incredible. I will have to pick this up. Any hints on future plans for the system? Compass Games has a lot of historical themes, any plans of a mashup?

The advanced game looks really cool, just a question: if in a scenario (if it can be done) one player controls multiple kingdoms and in the opposing side each kingdom is controlled by a single player ( a 1 vs all situation, like in a teaching game), the 3 cap on magic cards drawn stays the same even for the lone player? Thanks!
@moellerc1 Жыл бұрын
That’s correct Mercuzio, the only difference is that players draw one blessing from each kingdom they control. The number of spells drawn is 3 regardless of the number of kingdoms in play. It works because players refill their hands regularly and there are many spells that get played on opponents’ turns.

@@moellerc1 So if it is 6 players, each playing their own kingdom, they each get 3 spells? Or is it 3 total per "side"?
