My thoughts slow down and completely stop. I'm in inner silence and inner emptiness. I am calm, I am calm. I feel a wave of tranquility from top-to-bottom passing through my physical body. I am completely calm. I focus on my face. My face relaxes. The muscles of my forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw relax. My face is relaxed and calm. My face begins to warm with an external influx of warmth. The muscles and skin of my forehead warm and relax. My eyes warm and relax. The muscles and skin of my cheeks warm up and relax. And the lower jaw drops gently. My face is completely relaxed, warm, and calm. I am calm. My focus is on my hands. My hands are warm and relaxed. I feel the warmth and pleasant weight of relaxation moves up from my fingers, palms, and wrists to the elbows. Pleasant warmth and relaxation rises up from my elbows to forearms and shoulders. My hands are completely relaxed, warm, and pleasantly heavy. I am calm. My focus is on my feet. A warm and inviting weight comes from the toes, captures both of my feet. Pleasant, healing warmth rises higher to the knees. The heat and calmness rise from my knees to the thighs of both legs. The warmth completely surrounds my hips My legs are completely relaxed, warm, calm, heavy. I am calm. My focus is on my core body. My body is warming, relaxing. Heat rises from the tailbone in two directions: 1st direction - tailbone, abdomen, entire chest, and collarbones. 2nd direction - tailbone, gluteal muscles, lower back, back, shoulder blades, shoulder girdle, the entire coronal zone, and the entire neck. The heat rises up. My whole body becomes warm and relaxed. I am calm. My body is completely relaxed, warm, calm, whole: Face, head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, hip, legs. My breathing is even and calm… I am completely calm and focused now…” After you finish, rub your palms again. Shake your arms and legs.

Just one tiny flame, able to grow as big as you could possibly imagine, able to devour entire houses, forests, towns, churches, you name it. The only thing that can occasionally conquer fire is water. I find it quite unfair that it can't go the other way around. Yes, you're able to tear the molecules apart, but that's using an electric current. One of the most naturally dominant things on earths only worthy opponent is something that they can't fight back against. They're left to the power of nature, as in: if there's a flood or merely a mist. Oof there it is
