Ye normal hai. Almost all of us go through this state at sone stage for some period. So first thing: don't worry, it's normal. Hota hai. Second: ab baat karte hain aisa kyun ho raha hai? Iska answer bhi tumhare paas hi hai 101%. Aur is raste ke through is raste se bahar nikalne ka upay bhi 101% tumhare paas hai. Third: Aksar humare ander darr paida ho jaata hai. Ye hua to kya, ye nahi hua to kya, maine aisa kar diya jo sahi nahi tha, ye kiya wo kiya, aisa karna chahiye, waisa karna chahiye, aisa nahi karna chahiye, aisa sochna, waisa nahi sochna and so on. Relax. Hum sab ki life main ye hota hai. Yehi main karan hai darr ka. Jo humein lagta hai sahi aur accha hai, waisa na hokar, kuch aur hi ho. Aur hum usko nakaar dete hain, koshish karte hain us se durr rehne ki par mann usi taraf rehta hai. Yani ki humara vivek aur humara mann opposite directions main hain. Yehin aata hai underconfidence, frustration aur baaki sab feelings. Fourth: Upay1 - kyun bhagna hai tumhein us mann ya uske vicharon se. Tumhara hi mann hai. Dekho kya kehna chahta hai wo. Bas dekho uske kehne ko durr se, baho mat uske vicharoon main. Thoda thoda koshish karo aisi, samay lagega, par hoga aisa zaroor. Daro mat uske vichaaroon se, aur baho mat. Bas uske vichaar dekhte raho. Iske liye kuch time nikalo thoda sa, daily, Bas. Zyada kuch nahi karna hai. Difficult feel ho sakta hai thode samay ke liye, par hai bada saral. Fifth: Upay2- तुम kisi bhi isthi, paristithi main ho (let's say the state/situation you just described), Bas ye socho ya prayatna karo sochne ka ki tumhein us state/condition main nahi rehna hai. Easy hai aisa sochna ya chahna. Aur tumhein peaceful and joyful state main rehna hai. To abhi is state se nikalna hai. Roz mirror ke saamne ya jab bhi low feel hota hai, Bas thoda koshish karke apne aap ko bolo ye. Simple hai na. Sixth: Upay3- ab mental state se thoda sa physical state par aate hain. Upar ke do upayon ke saath, dheere dheere koshish karo apne physical state main acche badlaw laane ka. For ex: agar tumhein lagta hai ki kuch achieve karna tha life main par ho nahi paaya, to koi nahi. Abhi possible hai to phir se prayatna karo. Agar nahi, to aur kya lakshya hain life main? Unhein paane ke liye thoda sa discipline ki aavashakta hai. Koshish karo subah thoda sa jaldi uthne ka aur raat ko time se sone ka. Uthkar thoda sa exercise include karo apni life main, thoda sa mediation aur thoda sa kuch gratitude practice karne ka. Ye bhi karo to simple hain. Karke dekho. Aur kabhi kuch galat kiya hai aur guilt hai to use bhi badalna 100% tumhare apne haathon main hai. Bas choti si koshish se start karo. Don't try to bring huge changes. We want it fast but keep reminding yourself that it's a good process and it takes time but will happen sure for 101%. Always remember: we all have our own path of life, it can be different. It's neither good or bad, it's just a journey, so never compare yours to anyone else's. And each path and journey is beautiful in its own way. And directing your journey is in your control. Upar ke upay karte hue ho sakta hai, kabhi kabhi chook ho jaye. Dont worry, again. It's normal and okay. Bas koshish mat choro. Phir se start karo. Bas. Aur aisa karte karte jis din vivek aur mann main gehri dosti hogi, life jhingalala ho jayegi. All the very best. Parmatma tumhara kalyaan karein. 🎉🌼🌿💐

swamiji एक तरफ़ एक idea को पकड़ ने की बात कही और लक्ष्य की बात भी कही हैं, इसका मतलब बिना desire के idea या लक्ष्य संभव नहीं। desire less state (अगर वैराग्य बोले) तो इसमें कोई action संभव नहीं। Desire less state मेरा मानना हैं purity of desire से मतलब idea जो शुद्ध हो, inner inspiration भी कह सकते हैं, वो इच्छा जिससे सबका लाभ हो। जहां एक और distraction उस idea को weak ना करदे। distraction जैसे idea आया और फिर दूसरा idea आया, boredom होने लगे, इधर उधर ध्यान भटकने लगे, procrastination करना। दूसरा practicing detachment, यानी attachment मत रखो जब idea पे work करो, जैसे दुसरो की insult करना, किसी की बात का सम्मान ना करना, complaint करना क्योंकि ये मेरा idea हैं और मेरा नाम होना चाइए (ego), I, अहंकार। Distraction and attachment को neutral करना। Desire तो ईश्वर को भी हैं, उदाहरण के लिए lord विष्णु की धर्म रक्षा की इच्छा और उस हेतु पृथ्वी पे बार बार जन्म लेना, ऋषि वाल्मीकि को ब्रह्म प्रेरणा होना रामायण जैसे ग्रंथ की रचना करने की, ईश्वर को भक्त की भक्ति और प्रेम की इच्छा। सबका अपना मत हैं। मेरा समझ इस प्रकार हैं, अपने सुझाव भी साझा करे। धन्यवाद।
