Guess whoever made that sprite was 2 times an Akira fan!

I don't think I have ever seen the arcade version of "Burning Force." Nice playthrough.

it always seems that Japan keeps most of its best games for what every reasons...

I remember I have played through the Sega Mega Drive version of Burning Force, I enjoyed to take down the mechanic bosses. Although I didn't see any videos about the Arcade version until the 2010s, I hear this Arcade version has more variety of music. Maybe I would enjoy this Arcade version via Retroarch. 🙂

Still a great game, and the sega genesis version is just as good. If not better, the music is amazing on the Genesis to.

This game is an ugly and unrealistic mess. And the 3d effect is totally ruined because of too close rendered horizon line.

It's a freaking arcade game. Go back to COD if you want realism.

@@justinnelson5960 I mean unrealistic 3d ocean because of badly positioned horizon and incorrectly converging lines of perspective of this ocean. This is something perfectly well done in dozens of other classic arcade games. I do not play COD or any other ontemporary game. I develop them - but only good games are retro ones. And my love for retro does not make me blind when I see a game so badly f.....up like Burning Force.
