Well remember burning Godzilla was still nuclear red hot when they fired the freezer missiles and he begun to slowly melt that’s why he could slowly move his mouth he was beginning to thaw rather quickly it’s like putting an ice cube in the nuclear oven the ice cube and it’s freezing effects won’t last long but with the added effect of cadmium shells to make sure he keeps cool for a while and won’t heat up fast they were able to freeze him sold at least for a while until the cadmium shells and freezer missiles effects wear off then he’ll move again

Didn’t you watch the movie burning Godzilla’s heart was turning into a live nuclear reactor from the volcanically triggered uranium deposit on birth island that Godzilla absorbed turning him into burning Godzilla and turned him into a walking nuclear reactor ready to blow and beginning to meltdown and cause a global catastrophe so they froze Godzilla not to kill him or hurt him but to cool him off so the effects of his meltdown won’t destroy the planet
