Hi there what liquid do you use to make it burn and wat make it dangerous

It's baking soda in warm water. It's very dangerous as it's 12000 volts with plenty enough amps to kill you.

probably salt water or water with baking soda

So sure as hell don't look like high voltage rated wires and the fact that you have them so close together near the transformer is concerning.
