In 1974 Burning Spear released his second album Rocking Time. Impossible to choose between Studio One Presents Burning Spear and Rocking Time. Both are mandatory for any serious reggae lover. Foggy Road is the second song on the LP and I hate to say it again but this is one GREAT song. I could easily name 50 wonderful JA singers---more like 100. And you're right, each with their own distinctive style. I've often marveled at the amount of talent in this tiny third world country and wondered what set JA apart from all the others. Is it herb or is it something else?

And the musicians too. That's why I could never get the Dancehall and Digital dub. How can you replace all that musical talent and chemistry with a bontempi organ? I think it was the time frame, to be honest if you look at all music from the 50's to present. It started off good then got better and better untill about 1981 then got worse and worse with the odd exception to this rule.
