Yes I remember it all. Allow me to give thanks to Rollie for sharing with me in the 70s the concert with burning spear. The first and only time I ever went to a concert and at this time the only in which that was only needed. For words were my foundation then and now. A true original. Jah rastafari. My two sons remember you with strong respect of man. 48 & 49 yes of age. Now I say to those who intentionally speak wrong of my main originals. Which way do you want it. The real nuertuers, women I respect all of my Jamaican distress. You know who you are. One love 💕

Yes I. It is very difficult for I and I to choose the best among Spear's works. But "We go Deh" counts right up there among the best of the best. Even though it be so hot, we go deh. Even though it be so cold, we go deh. Even though enemies surround us, front and back, left and right, we go deh. Yes I, provided we dey always with Jah Jesus Christus, we go deh always. Rest in peace to the late departed Spear son.

Burning Spear is "ajo anu, ana gba egbe, ona kpalu, onwe nni." Among Ndigbo of Nigeria, this translates as "the awesome creature, that is being shot at by enemies, but goes about unconcerned, eating its food." May Burning Spear's late son, who died of cancer, if I remember correctly, rest in peace.
