Yes Sir, Hell yeah. I appreciate the amount and the effort you put into these video. The course is wonderful, full of information. One day I'll like to pay you back in some form or shape. Because you are doing great favor to all those who are learning and benefitting from great content. Thank you.
@BurningIceTech2 жыл бұрын
No need for payment :) If you want, you can pay it forward and help someone else in need with something else. Maybe that someone you help will help someone else as well which would be pretty nice :)

If we watch and mostly retain the information from the entire video series, will we be ready for the exam? or would you recommend any additional study?
@BurningIceTech3 жыл бұрын
Well if you mostly retain the info like you said then you should be able to pass the exams but I'd recommend studying for another 2 weeks after that. Usually after doing a course we recommend you take about roughly 2 weeks to go through your manuals and what not again just to refresh and see if you missed anything. You should also be aware that each of the two A+ exams has "simulations" or performance questions as some folks call it. They aren't hard at all but they can catch you off guard if you don't know about them. They will for example give you 3 fake pretend pc's with a bunch of random hardware components and then they will ask you which component you think belongs to which pc. Each pc has a different purpose so that's how you identity which part goes where. For example one PC is a gaming PC so if you see a fancy graphics card in the list of hardware, that part would go into the gaming PC :)

5 days? Damn can anyone retain all this information that quickly?
@BurningIceTech3 жыл бұрын
Well...yes and no. Most people who attend the 5 days A+ forget most of the stuff by the end of the course because it's information overload. There are some companies that will sometimes from their side stretch it out over like 10 days for example. This is better in my opinion for people that's brand new to IT. The 5 days course is more for people with existing IT experience who just want to build onto that. I personally think the sweet spot is about 7 days but I don't know of any company that sells the course as a 7 day course. 5 days is brutal even on me as the trainer. I would normally start at 8am in the morning then and then only finish at around 4-5pm in the afternoon each day. This is without doing any practical exercises in the course then. There just is no time at all for practical exercises in the 5 day course. Luckily with these videos, you can pause them and watch them over and over until you eventually one day remember most of it. Your not rushed at all
