Haikyuu made me want to play volleyball again, HAHAHA gosh I kinda regret not joining the volleyball club in my hs days. Every ep I watch, every match, every time it ends it made me do the urge to jump as high as hinata, I started searching my ball in the house, inflate it, after i did it I felt kinda sad. Then after hearing fly high, I started spiking outside our house, even though I still can't get the hang of it, because spiking is my weakness, but I still kept doing it, I want to know that feeling, like how hinata described it whenever he hits kageyama's sets, I wanna know what its like. Then when I heard "hikari are", when that high note hit, I started remembering what the people told me, " Why didn't you join the volleyball club? You're a girl blessed with height, you shouldn't waste that." " Imagine the ball is a marshmallow" " nice serve" " You're really good at setting" " You can be a libero" " You should know how to spike, you're the tallest among all your playmates" "Wow, your recieves are really high up!" " I hope we could play again" then tears started to flow and hugged my ball really tight, " I wanna play volleyball" that's the only thing thats on my mind, I couldn't really focus answering my modules at that time, every night I imagined myself, what would I have done when I joined the volleyball club, and then I remembered the reason why I didn't, spiking was my weakness, when I tried to join the club, I saw people auditioned, the sound they make when they spike the ball really good, then one member tried one hand serve but it didn't get in to the other side, she was criticised and that it pressured me, my anxiety was controlling me, that's the reason why. HAHAHA MAN I feel so, soooo much better now, all those sleepless nights I guess now, finally I can sleep peacefully, hehe sorry if this comment is sooo long HAHAHAA HAAAAAA, after all this crying while typing, talking about what's troubling me AHAHAHA IT'S SET HAIKYUU IS MY FAVE ANIME💖 anyways if you're reading this, l just want to say, thank you, because I can't really open up to anyone but here I am in the comments section AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH THANK YOU💖

I watched Haikyuu! during the pandemic lockdown and hasn’t since had contact with it. I've been a fan Haikyuu for about a year now, and I'm noticing some biblical hints in this song. It's amazing really! 'Let there be light' is one of the main verses from the Bible in Genesis. Whether you read the Bible or not, everybody knows this verse. What's so amazing is that it's the third verse in the Bible. The same as how this is the opening for the season 3! That just amazes me. 'Your sacrifice is blood and sweat; Your holy fire is your desire'. Thinking about this line, Jesus sacrificed himself with blood and sweat for us. The holy fire could be the Heavenly Father. Obviously, they mention about prayer. A prayer for a brighter future. 'Although you're facing the despair that's ahead, believe in the glory awaiting us instead!' Strong Christians face a lot of hardships and troubles that Satan throws at us, but we have God that will pull us out of it. 'The only reason why your feet keep kicking at this Earth is cause you know you'll fly and shine on brighter.' God has plans for every single one of us. And his plans for us shine a lot brighter than what we have in mind. 'Bear your dreams like a cross for all the warriors that are reaching out for Eden'. I believe cross is another reference to the Bible when Jesus carried the cross. And Eden being a reference to the Garden of Eden. There was so much more to this song which is crazy!

I’ll do my best to keep this short, but I just experienced something very very special with this lyric video. Anxiety has been my biggest weakness for almost 2 years now, it has gotten much better ever since I accepted God completely and surrendered my worries to him. Today I have a plane flight to my hometown and I just got an anxiety attack thinking about going through TSA which is swarmed with people. I started praying so hard since this attack felt really ugly. Eventually, I calmed down and started downloading songs for my flight. This opening has been stuck in my head and I just got curious as to what the lyrics meant…I felt so unbelievably happy because it felt like God spoke to me throughout his song, from beginning to the end and I am so touched. It hit me harder especially at 2:12 - 2:52 Please please know that God wants a connection with each and every one of you, we just have to believe in him and give him a chance! Think of praying as a way to open up a conversation with him, say whatever you want to tell him, he’s willing to hear you out even if it’s something you’re happy, sad, confused ,ashamed or just anxious about 🤎🧡🤎🧡
