I feel like I've just been punched in the gut and I'm weirdly grateful for that. I've been struggling a lot with my physical and mental health and I haven't been able to do anything with my life since graduating high school, and I feel like such a huge failure compared to the people around me. Everyone is out here getting college degrees, settling into careers, getting married, having children, and I'm stuck living with my parents and can't hold a job to save my life. I was always so smart and so capable in school but since graduating I've been in a constant downhill spiral and it hurts to watch everyone around you find success and happiness while you fall behind. I hate catching up with people from school and having to explain to them why I'm just a nobody living at home with my parents still

Don't compare, you'll get to where you're going with time. Keep trying and pushing and everything will fall together. Don't give up on yourself or cut yourself short. Life is tough and there are no set dates or time for your accomplishments. Keep your head up and don't focus on everyone else, be selfish for a little and focus on you.
