I love this drama. It's so realistic the newly married couple fights, the loneliness women feel, the stress men go through because of a negative working environment. Love the lead pair. Shabir Jan is such a good actor!!! The way he realized how the cycle of domestic violence repeated in the face of her daughter... Brilliant

Kiran's father got the hint but idk why he ignored it like you can't get that type of scar just from falling. The father is trusting the wrong person!! Shazain is a manipulator and acting innocent in front of his in-laws. Kiran is not doing anything when she actually can without her in-laws knowing, she just needs to play smart about it. I can understand Farhaad is frustrated but he needs to spend time with Freya too. Freya's father and mother need to let go of their egos cause at this point they are hurting the relation they had with Freya.

I left Pakistan 36 years ago, and I don't even know whether it really happens or it's just been practiced to show domestic abuse in order to gain more sympathies and TRPs?

Sadly this still happens to some extent in Pakistan. The production and script writers are highlighting this issue but this issue can be portrayed in a more better way. In the end, like the other typical dramas, Shazain will be probably punished. This toxic mentality and such negatives like greed of men to expect a fortune from his wife's parents in the sugar coating of dowry and ill behaviour of husbands like Yaqoob and Shazain should be addressed and discussed because ulike the rest of the empowered women on social media, the oppressed ones still have to fight such terrible circumstances alone.
