RE Industrial companies not advertising: Around 2008-2013 during Penguins Hockey games Westinghouse Nuclear used to regularly run ads. This was around the time nuclear power was trying to make a comeback but before Fukushima killed enthusiasm. Also they're local to the Pittsburgh region so it may have also been a bit of a recruiting thing.
