I had been to their shop on 29 th Feb trust me it was an wonderful experience being here and shopping with them excellent collection with exceptional variety they have and the best part is their patience what they show towards their customer.....I was there in their shop for 3 hrs and really had a wonderful experience wish to visit again more over their online facilities are also osm coz first I had ordered online and it was amazing ....🎉🎉🎉🌧️🌧️

এই শপের প্রমোশন যে আপ্নারা করছেন তাদের আফটার সেলস সার্ভিস নিয়ে কি আপ্নারা কখনো কথা বলেছেন??আমি এনাদের থেকে শাড়ী কিনলাম পুজার আগে।সব কটা শাড়ী কুচকে গিয়েছে।যাদের ছবি দরকার প্লিজ আমাকে নক করুন।আমি দিয়ে দিচ্ছি।পাক্কা মেমো সহ। পুজা তে ১ দিন শাড়ী পরেছে।আমি তাদের কাছে কমপ্লেইন করলে তারা বলে যে জলের সমস্যা,অথচ এই শাড়ী ১ দিন পরেই এই অবস্থা।জল লাগানো বা ধোয়ার কথাই আসে না।১টা শাড়ী না কিন্তু,৩ টা শাড়ীর ই এক অবস্থা।কি জন্য বিক্রি করছেন এসব?মানুষ কে ঠকাতে?এত সহজে এটার সমাধান হবেনা বলে দিলাম আপনাদেরকে।

I have never commented negative on any KZbin video till now. But this is extremely disappointing. After so many positive comments and lots of expectations I have enquired for sarees. But the response is extremely rude! The man who is on video definitely not on WhatsApp,some elderly man was responding on WhatsApp. I kept on begging for video call but the person had made me feel like some beggar asking something for free. Please make sure you treat ur new customers well because you never know who turns out to be what!I was expecting to buy in heavy quantities but the man made me mad! I have his voice recording in the chat! I really want a response.
