Hey...I tried this burrito bowl...it turned out to be super yumm...everybody at home loved it...planning to make it this Sunday again... Hi...thanks for the lovely recipe. I tried this yesterday and it came out very good. to say its a very interesting recipe and does not require heavy cooking. The outcome was a great dish but gotta say its vey heavy. The bowl portion showed is good enough for 2 pax. Thanks

The rice has its own recipe( look up Chipotle cilantro rice) other than the fajita veggies which you did. The tomato salsa tastes better fresh. The rajma is a great twist. They normally use pinto or black beans here

Such a nice video.. However with respect to you bringing this out for us, I feel it's a little less traditional as the restaurants don't mix the rice with veggies, and even guacamole is added. Exellent. My daughter in the u.s did allthese steps dito but she put it on a totia and wrapped it and sauted with little butter. And served it she skipped nachos. They get it like that there.

I don't know why..but i find this exactly resembling to rajma -chawal with some mixed veg dahi raita with papad. I am not defaming any cuisine...but if u try indianizing this dish u will find exact substitutions in our indian culinary culture too. Will give this recipe a shot and will definitely make Indian Burrito Bowl oneday too❤️ P.s-> i am not punjabi ...so dont think i am blurting about my own food culture !!
