Burst To Power Maxed out Characters Ranked: Weakest To Strongest

The only complaint I have with the powers is they did Rice dirty XD he's the weakest for raw power despite being the top 5 in TFPLW(Arguably top 3 with ultra spirit premium right behind Mirror and Korn UI I think). I do like he has tiny amounts of self healing at least... But you'd expect the self healing class, Rizzona, to be the weakest for the insane healing aspect as a balance factor.

No its not cannon, burst to power has a entirely different story from Tfplwl because Tfplw was removed from Playstore for violations(copyrights) so boolit decided to make a remake with a few of the old characters
