Low end issue comes when you are stuck in very heavy traffic and crawling in 1st and 2nd gears. If you are in flowing traffic the bike has no issues. Fuel X does help, provides 50-60% better fueling. If you are constantly on the move the bike is brilliant. Adjustable suspension, gel seats and fuel x will significantly improve ride quality

Surely agree with that! But I’m just saying that it’s not that big of an issue. I mean you surely need to get used to it which applies in every vehicle’s case. Once you know your bike, you’re good to go anywhere. And I’m sure fuel X helps in this case but simultaneously it affects your mileage as well. But whatever it is, we’re happy with our bikes aren’t we! Happy and safe riding 😄

Nice review bro....i also own ktm 390 adv standard....i changed my front n rear to adjustable suspension....added a gel seat....changed my handle bar from stock to art of motorcycles handlebar.....fuel x and powertronics......changed air filter and silencer.... soo much fun and comfy to ride on city and highways....quick shifter is butter smooth....its a great tourer bro...

Thanks buddy! 😊 Seems like you got every possible update one could think of on this bike. 😄 But I’m sure it’s way more comfortable & fun to ride with all these upgrades. And yes, the quickshifter, down shift works amazing but not the upshifter. And I’m okay with that as I don’t want to ride a KTM scooty. 😆

Hey! Top box should cost you around 13-15k depending upon the brand you choose. Top rack & saddle stays costed me around 5k with installation charges.

you are using quick shifter so wrongly. you let off the throttle while shifting up as seen in the video @20:32 . quick shifter works best when throttle is wide open.

Absolutely right. KTMs manual clearly mentions this. 2000+ rpm. I had the same impression but then the read the manual. I installed FuelX for low en torque but ended up solving jittery throttle and quick shifter sluggishness. Upshifts works flawlessly now!

Saddle stays you can get online or from any good vendor nearby, they work perfectly fine. Top-rack, I won’t suggest one for this bike until unless you can get it custom made as per your requirements. I nearly wasted 20-22k on the top racks until I got it made as per my need.

You can cruise at 110-120kmph easily. For better comfort you can use an air seat by Pitstop. And yes, you can do 500+ kms in a day without any issues. Vibrations at particularly 92-96kmph feel a little bit too much because of resonance maybe but that’s fine. It’s just that I felt that in my bike and shared it with you all. But it is the best bike (beast) in its category for sure.

The thing i have noticed with the adv 390 is that each bikes has vibes at different speeds. 8 out of 10 people have issues with their quick shifter but mine is butter smooth with both up and down shifts. The bike is viby but isn’t annoying. My adv 390 has a few mods like the fuelx pro, powertronics, iridium spark plugs, free flow barrel rogue exhaust, bmc air filter, RK chain and gel padded seat because of which the vibrations are bare minimum and the low end is not an issues anymore, mid range is very strong
