Just because people have more skills and can do crazier things that you can not do makes them suicidal tendencies. Black snowboarder from NC here… Zeb is enabling a whole new culture of snowboarding. My roommate from Mexico who had never seen snow until this year has fallen in love with the sport…now I can’t keep him off the mountain lol. Of course I showed him a few clips of Zeb and he now claims Zeb to be his favorite rider. Such a dope feeling knowing one of the best in the world looks and comes from the same place as you. Pray for the homie as I’m taking him to Vail in March 🤣

I am white, european and 30. I consider Zeb one of the guys to make me follow pro snowboarding on a different level again: I fell in love with the sport when every trick seemed insane but reachable: "I can do a 360, it's just a couple more spins" ...Now it's off the knuckle corking insanity. Zeb still does that insanity but on a level that makes me question physics and realise: It's all about the fun. He gives me the vibe: If i have fun caving and hitting side hits I feels like i am doing the same thing he (pro snowboarding) does with a little more regard to the laws of physiks and a little less skill. He's just great for the sport in general! BIG UP!

Seeing someone that looks like you do something you are interested in can do alot for a kid. Its scary to do something where you might be out of the community you are used to. As a black kid i was constantly told i wasnt supposed to be skateboarding alot. I got told constantly i wasnt really black, and that was a white people thing. It can be so off putting if you dont have a community of people there to build you up and tell you..nah keep going. Especially as a kid when you might not understand or seeing beyond those words yet. Zeb also has a non profit he helps with that specifically helps with those kinds of issues and to spread positive awareness.
