is LBB protection & bus-bar protection same ? if not then what is the difference between this two ?

LBB protection acts only when a cb malfunctions when a trip signal is present, thereby tripping of the upstream cb. Busbar protection also cuts down the upstream cb but only during a fault in the busbar and not during any internal faults.
