I would suggest reconsidering where you want to put your propane tank. You won’t like smelling the bus up with fumes every time you disconnect the tank to pull it out to be filled. By law and code you can’t put a tank in a living space. It is for good reason there are multiple ways the tank, regulator and fittings can have leaks and cause dangerous problems. I have been in the propane business for 30 years and have seen many problems with all of the parts and pieces involved. I would suggest running the line down to one of your bays outside that you can disconnect tank and have it filled much safer. Put the regulator out at tank so you only have 11 inches water column pressure equal to about half a pound of pressure in the lines in the bus instead of liquid propane in the bus that can have over 200 psi in the summer when it is hot outside. Good luck and it should be cool when you are done!

You should hold off on buying the solar panels, but do a solar 'prep' on the roof instead. You could install 'rails' to hold the solar panels, so they can be easily repositioned in the future. Include a single opening off them into the roof. This will enable you to work on the electrical wiring and wood paneling without the added expense of actually buying the solar panels. You won't need them until the end of the build anyway and technology might have imporved and the expense come down by then.

I think you should move the kitchen beside the toilet wall on the driver's side with your fridge across next to the tub...then you'll have the whole front of the bus open for the lounge and views from all the windows...and as a bonus your plumbing will be all in the same general location.

One of the cool things I've seen people do is to delete the schoolie door altogether. Convert the steps to under floor storage and extend the subfloor over the area. Then they mount a co-pilot chair in that space, Next they fabricate a new set of steps back where the emergency side door is, and replace that door with a regular rv door or a residential door. A lot of weldind, to be sure, but it looks nice.

have you considered moving the Throne to the other side behind the tub. Then you could go directly into the bathroom from the outside if you wanted too. Something is bugging me, and it has to do with all those screws you removed from the metal panels inside the bus. Why would the manufacturer put all those screws into the bus? Do you watch your own videos? Look at yourself driving the bus, you look like your on a roller coaster, you are protected from most of the vibrations, not your bus, it will shake itself apart if you do not replace every last screw. Otherwise happy bus build.

True, but it does kill you. That is why many cities now outlaw gas stoves in new built homes. In an RV they are deadly due to the poor ventilation and small, enclosed area. Electric is cleaner and healthier but agree it doesn't cook as well as gas.
