I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

Lol...different strokes for different folks. 👍I can't sleep to videos with thunder, even muted distant thunder. I live in a tornado zone and the sound of thunder makes my survival instincts kick in and I always wake up. 😆

When I was a kid my dad was an over the road trucker and I would go with him when I wasn't in school, nothing like sleeping in the sleeper while the truck rolls on into the night but this is pretty close

When I was younger my family go somewhere on Sundays and sometimes we come back it's dark then started raining and so calming and relaxing and made me really think about life Life is wonderful gift from god😇. I almost fell asleep but I Thought of life so much I could not all the good things in life everything nice someone done. *not done part 2 later
