Well I think a big part of Riley's problem is her parents. They spent way more time in the 4 girls class room than they did in Riley's class room. I know there's 4 girls in one room and only Riley in the other room but we hardly even got to see Riley before they went to the other room. Not an equal amount of time. Riley is always being punished when particularly Hazel but all the other quints gets by with almost murder. Maybe Riley acts up because that's the only way she can get true attention. Start giving her more attention and I bet she would quit acting up.

Loved the start with the groundhog music - very cute. Parker was so proud of her groundhog hat, but typical zen/low maintenance Parker, she accepted that the chaos of 5 sisters meant Daddy hadn't the time then to give HER special attention, so she just put it down & moved to the back to make things easier for everyone - Did she buckle Hazel into her seat back there? Also notice how Parker, despite being SO excited to put her hat on Dad, waited for Hazel to show off her cup to Dad first! (Parker reminds me so much of Blayke, so young to be that mature). Loved chatty Lulu & Ava and thought for a while that they'd PULLED another switcheroo, not because of Santa this time, but because of a teacher preference. Lulu wins quint-of-the-video award for her earnest expression and grown-up story-telling in reply to Dad's question about what went on at school that day. Hazel was so cute, trying to figure out for such a long time if sitting like a lady was a good or bad thing...no she wasn't trying to be defiant (she'd be giggling if she were!). She decided at first it was BAD & uncrossed (and I THINK I know why ---- Danielle's typical "little lady!" admonition directed at girls behaving badly! ----.but when Dad said "like a princess" Hazel had a rethink & recrossed...although she STILL wasn't entirely sure. Then a touch of typical unreliable-narration :) - "2", "4", & "Bubblegum tattoos" (I think her DEFINITE-sounding '4' might well have been Hazel thought-jumping to "AGE" from classroom size.) - JMO!!!! 2:18 - Happy in-her-element Ava contrasted with Riley's furrowed brow, SO WORRIED SHE's going to MISS something :) Ava, just like Mom, has it all planned & organized - "Some of my friends are gonna have THIS & some are gonna have THIS - ONWARD to the NEXT job!" Blayke - ALWAYS au courant with whatever's trendy! (Soon she'll be giving DANIELLE style tips! - no, self-correction: Blayke's ALREADY doing that, right?) Poor RIley - STILL overwhelmed by SO MUCH TO SEE, SO LITTLE TIME!!! & frustrated by SO MANY SISTERS stealing the time she needs for Mom-feedback to help her come to a FINAL decision!!! The sweets pushed her over the edge into 'sadness & insecurity" (another example! = ref a previous video comment) about likely mistreatment at the hands of her mean, geriatric schoolmates :) HEY HAZEL! were you being Valentine's Day bashful because that boy was GRAHAM?!!! :)

cute video! Happy to be living in Texas too! Such a big state. My family of 6, including my Mom, are way up in the little city of Anna (Collin County.) That's 4 hrs. & 36 mins. from League City. Wow! I grew up and moved from Virginia Beach, VA. Born in Pittsburgh. Mom lives with us now. She moved here from Mississippi. We definitely miss the beach!! So far, Texas is great but we miss our family back home...The Stars at Night are Big and Bright.....****
