I just visited the park yesterday. As someone who's been in most of the parks in Florida, Williamsburg is surprisingly on par with, if not better than, -Tampa. In fact, in terms of esthetics, Williamsburg is simply the best as the park is indeed beautiful. The forests and the sceneries really complement the park, it actually felt like a traditional old school theme park. The Loch Ness Monster is a classic, amazing how that coaster has been running for over 40 years! And the only coaster in the world with the interlocking loop inversion. I havent been on half of the other rides since some of the members of the party can't do roller coasters and wanted to do the shows and animals, but I will certainly make plans for my next trip. Just gotta have the mental capacity to handle a 12 hour drive alone lol. -From a worker at SeaWorld Orlando.

I’ve been there a few times! Loved the different countries ! I used to feel like I was leaving the US and going to Europe ... Food was awesome in Germany ! Everything is just done right at Bush Gardens! Not to mention great shows and coasters !

I work here! Edit: Not trying to be annoying but the Rhine Cruises are (usually) open daily from noon till 6. It is not an upcharge attraction unless the guest wishes to board during the special events that take place throughout the season in the evening. I'm a tour guide so I'm one of the team members that goes out on the boats during these special cruises. Anyways, great work and I hope that you get to come back to the park again soon.

You should totally come back up/down to VA and make an updated video in the next few years because they are making some new rides. I live very close to Busch Gardens and I always think its cool to see creators make videos in the place I've been going my whole life.

Ik I’m super late but this is getting me SO hyped for when we get lifted from quarantine. This has been my home park my whole entire life and I have loved this park since the first day I went. This is truly an award winning park with 5 awards. 1)First ever coaster with a free fall drop (Verbolten) 2) This has one of the oldest still existing rollercoasters (LochNess) 3) First and only park with a rollercoaster that includes interlocking loops (LochNess) 4) One of the oldest parks that are still currently running. 5) The most beautiful park in the world. I am so lucky and thankful for this to be my home park. Sadly I am gonna miss Curse of Dark Kastle. I can’t wait for the new coaster to come out also. Thank you man for this video it truly hyped me up so much and now I really want to be able to travel in time so I can just go straight to the day I go again. This video also helped me remember how much I used to love theme parks and now I love them even more. Thanks again I really like this video. (P.S. a couple years ago me and my family went to busch gardens williamsburg and my mom and sister wanted to go onto Dark Kastle but I didn’t want to so we didn’t go on it. i now feel really bad since they closed Dark Kastle and i’ve never been on it before so i missed an opportunity. we haven’t been since so we never had another chance to. i feel really bad now ;-;

I used to go here back in 2016 when I lived in Norfolk with my ex wife. Sadly we divorced and I moved away. For some reason I had a weird nostalgia feeling tonight, so watching this was nice. I really loved Howl-O-Scream. I rode basically all the coasters and did everything except the drop tower. The haunted houses were fun too. They do such a great job on everything and Halloween is even more amazing than normal. I miss those days..

I loved Busch Gardens Williamsburg The coasters imo are better than Tampa I went there with my father and step mother back in 2015 I do agree the only downside was the insane amount of hills (when especially you’ve been used to the Florida parks for years) Other than that the park is gorgeous and stunning. Favorite coaster(s) are Verbolten and Apollo’s Chariot I haven’t done Invadr yet (cause it was never built yet when I was there) the others were great

In 1997, PEOPLE MAGAZINE came and did a photo shoot of the Alpengeist Premiere. As entertainers, we were invited to participate in the shoot before the park opened EARLY one morning. They attached the camera on the front car, released the brakes and we rode NONSTOP 14 times! It was AMAZING. To this day, I can STILL do the ride in my sleep. (I was in the second car…my right leg and shoe can be seen in one of the photos that made the magazine.😆. Fantastic memory!)

Kind of biased this is my favorite park in the world. We live in Florida now, but this is still our home park for our SeaWorld passes. Try to go still at least once a yr. Can't wait for Flannigan's Flyers this yr and the nw coaster fingers crossed for next yr.

BGT is the home park but I visited Williamsburg back in September. I have to admit I like it a lot better. Probably more so for the scenery than anything. I love how all of the rides just seem to blend in with the surrounding terrain. Though I wish we had a coaster like Apollo's Chariot in Tampa. BGT does do a good job of landscaping to make you forget in you're in the middle of a very urban setting.

One time on Invadr i got a really lucky ride where on the hill that goes over the train track, a train was passing by at the exact same time and we passed right through the train smoke which made for a really cool fog effect. Awesome review!

I know this video is about the park but what camera did you use to film this footage? It is really nicely shot! Very impressive coming from a guy that does this for a living lol. We’re you wearing the camera or hand holding it and did they give you any hassle about filming while on the rides? The coaster Big Bad Wolf isn’t there anymore right? I used to love that coaster! Dang I miss this place! Went like 5 or so years ago. I live in NJ and can I tell y’all, Six Flags Adventures has nothing on the beauty of this park. Theming is on _point_. I’ll always love the cheap carnival feel of Six Flags adventures but I’m a sucker for Scottish/ Medieval themed anything lol

My Top 5 Best Parks on Earth 1. Busch Gardens (both) 2. Tokyo and Shang Hai Disney tied for 2nd place due to outstanding moral fiber in both 3. Cedar Point 4. Universal Studios Florida 5. Six Flags Magic Mountain (only due to lots of coasters because the staff are mean the food stinks and the theming and scenery are well a hot arid desert of boring)

I didn’t like this park for some reasons I waited 2 hours because someone threw up on lock ness monster and it was closed when the park opened. Many parts were like ghost towns. I did really like the scenery and food. I do think Florida Busch gardens is a little better

I like this very much as opposed to silent recording like voyeurisms that creeps me out a bit but you feel human nice kind soft spoken peaceful hopeful and joyful all the things you want a commentator at an Amusement Park to be. I have been there also and you are right it is the most beautiful park on earth simply gorgeous the animals are to die for cute and Ive been to Tampa also and it has a few better thrill coasters like Cheetah Hunt my personal favorite but I overall still prefer this park for it's better animals . . .better rides in florida better animals in virginia.
