I thought Melbourne bus link ceased operations in 2013? Also why is there a 903 bus operated by ventura, I thought it was operated by transdev?

Someone hasn't paid attention to the video and video description... The first 3 minutes of the video was filmed in 2012. The rest was filmed earlier this month.
