Buses at Bedford: September 2020

filmed on a rainy day in Bedford, England.
the new 905 route has taken over the X5 from beds to cams, with lots of new buses to go along with it.
due to COVID, most of the x5 is run by buses from the busway, due to them having dividers between the driver and the door. a few of the coaches have been fitted, but not enough.

Hi 😊 Great video. I have a question. The buses in minutes 2:52, 4:16 and 6:21 are new? I've never seen this in august 2019 when I came to Bedford from Milan, Italy for a holiday.

The first bus is a enviro 400 mmc, these are new to Bedford but have been in other towns for a while. The 2nd and 3rd are brand new buses and haven't seen them anywhere else other than Cambridge. I'm surprised people come to Bedford on holiday lol, its not quite as pretty as milan

@@routemaster3877 thank you for the answer ☺ Are all diesel buses? I choose Bedford for holiday because I have some cousins 😁 For Bedford buses I remember in the middle 90's when all buses was wthite with a different layout and with the logos of United Countries.

@@palgiandy at the moment bedford is 100% Diesel, I haven't heard anything about electric buses anytime soon ether.
