Buses of NSW - Breif driving tutorial

Buses of NSW is a game on ROBLOX that I am working on, as a side project of course. This is not a replacement for MST2, it is just a smaller game to test features and to have fun.

This video does go quite quickly, you will most likely have to pause multiple times to read text on screen. I did not want to drag out the video for too long as a lot of people would lose attention. If you have any driving questions, you can ask them in the comments and I will try to get around to answering them. 😃

Keybind list:
THROTTLE/BRAKE
(Hold) W: Throttle.
(Hold) S: Brake.
(Hold while throttling or braking) F: Full brake or throttle.
(Same as above) V: Slight brake or throttle.
(Press) Space: Toggle parking brake.
STEERING
(Hold) A: Steer left.
(Hold) D: Steer right.
(Hold) Shift: Recentre steering, only when steering auto-centre is turned off.
GEARS
(Press) R: Drive.
(Press) T: Neutral.
(Press) Y: Reverse.
DOORS
(Press) 1: Open front door.
(Press) 2: Close front door (BRAKE MUST BE ON TO CLOSE).
(Press) 3: Open rear door.
(Press) 4: Close rear door (BRAKE MUST BE ON TO CLOSE).
BUS HEIGHT
(Press) B: Toggle between lowered and normal height.
(Press) N: Toggle between raised and normal height.
---DO NOT PRESS N TO RETURN TO NORMAL HEIGHT FROM LOWERED POSITION, SAME GOES FOR B FROM A RAISED POSITION!---
BLINKERS
(Press) Q: Toggle blinker towards left.
(Press) E: Toggle blinker towards right.
OTHER:
(Hold) H: Horn. If other players say your horn is stuck on, just press it again and it should stop. This happens due to lag.
(Hold) [: Look through left mirror.
(Hold) ]: Look through right mirror.
(Hold) -: Quickly look left.
(Hold) +: Quickly look right.

0100: Not in service.
0101: COMPANY NAME (no company has been made up for the game yet).
0105: School bus (change number by switching to ROUTE mode using the blue button and changing the number).
0106: Charter (same as school, use ROUTE mode for number changing).
0107: ON CHARTER.
0108: BUS FULL.
0109: Sports bus (used for school sport activity charters, same concept as school desto to change number).
7000: 700 route towards Sailing Club (terminal loop with tiles road).
7001: 700 route towards Southern Terminal (terminal next to roundabout).

Yes it is similar, I took some inspiration from that and a train test game I made (not finished, very buggy).

@@GoldM4official If that happens, rotate the wheel the opposite way that you did before it got stuck. Do this until it gets unstuck. So basically what happens is that when you overturn the wheel, the overturning acumulates and you'll have to make up for it to turn the other way.

I always hated Sydney buses that had those annoying announcements such as "Stand Clear, Doors Opening" and "Stand Clear, Doors Closing". It continues to repeat over and over and over. Adding stress continuously. This is pure form of torture which can lead to outbursts like "F Off" (speakers). Now they have added this to some smaller town buses. For 100s of years we never needed such nonsense. You can't even have decent conversation between this constant harrassment! I loved it when moving away from Sydney annoying announcements it was so peaceful. But now they have corrupted small towns too. Many people with disabilities also cannot handle such overstimulation. It is not healthy for the public and will lead to major stress and outbursts. It is like torture. Like military style torture. You have to understand human factors in this case. So now all the special needs kids will be tortured by this. Especially sensitive kids including autistic people. And even annoys standard people. You keep poking and proding people with annoying messages over and over and the stress level reaches breaking point. Your buses are now stress inducing wheels of torture. I am very aware of how this works and I will go back to taxis if this continues. But some people can't afford taxis and so they will continue to be stressed by this with no recourse. I advocate for peace. Do you care about your children and your fellow citizen in general? Well I do. I hope you feel the same. ** Please add your complaint to your transit complaint site if you care about the welfare of your children, seniors, and the general public. **

It is just NSW, and only from the operator Hillsbus. Well, Hillsbus has become part of CDC now, but this game is set a year or so before that.
