I saw them last night at Riverbend in Cincy. An outdoor venue. We were on the lawn. He RAN through the croud singing all the way for a pretty long time. I was in awe at his conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised at the great show they put on. In my opinion, better than Nickleback

I remember seeing them back when Sixteen Stone had just dropped. They headlined with Goo Goo Dolls and No Doubt. The show started at 6pm and ended around 2am....crazy. During Glycerine someone hit Gavin in the face with a water bottle. He obviously saw who it was and he put the guitar down and came into the crowd looking for him lol. The band played the back beat until he got back on stage and continued on from where he stopped...epic.

Ploxly Why fast forward? the whole show was great. Also, not the best performance? its one of the best versions of Glycerine live that i've heard. The note he hits @40:49 is the strongest he hits in the entire performance.

speaking as a personal trainer, by eating the right food and training hard you can put on this amount of muscle, but with the touring he does, and being mid-40's, i bet he's taken HgH. i have no problem with this, and fair play to him, he's in great shape!
