You pick the best spots! I wish I had small lakes near me, I love being near a small lake or stream, even a narrow area of a river, like the Potomac river is nice. Like someone else said: your videos truly do just calm me down. Thanks for the video, I really do appreciate all of them! Be safe out there and God bless!

Your silence there is golden with the beautiful colors of autumn over the water and through the trees. So easy to watch thanks. Great camp and looking firward to your real winter ones ... snow and all that we dont get. May you and your family stay safe and well. Bushyboy Oz.

Would love to give tarp camping a try, but just not sure I'd be able to manage mentally not having myself enclosed within "four walls"...guess it is a feeling of vulnerability...not that a tent gives a whole lot of protection...lol...I guess I'll never know until I give it a good try...thanks for your experience though and the inspiration...

Which Klymit pad are you using? I am looking at the Insulated Static V Luxe SL (R-6.5). I almost pulled the trigger but then decided to look for some reviews and surprisingly I can't find any decent ones.
@Lonewolfwildcamping4 жыл бұрын
I think that's the version I have. R6.5. To be honest, I feel klymits rating on R values is way off. They feel cold to me and don't get to the temps they really should.

Hey Jeremy, I sent a comment to you last night. I'm not seeing it on the list of comments. I guess it didn't go through. Great video and another great campout. The pork stir fry looked awesome. I was wondering if that's a new backpack? or is it the Mardingtop that you've used so much? it looks different, not as tall and narrow but still looks like a good size. Still considering a pack besides my ALICE packs. Thanks Atb.👍🏕
