My favorite was the first one... Great fire pit! 🔥 With rock on two of the three sides and that pit on the last side, it looked like a real cozy camp on a chilly night 🙂 Thanks for the adventure 👍🏻

Great video and thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge, undoubtedly those shelters are functional, however, we need to find the way to also camouflage the heat and smoke from the fire. Fantastic footage, awesome landscape, good job, I look forward to your next video. Regards from outback down under.

On the first shelter, a couple of deadfall limbs, preferably with multiple branches, would break up the unnatural shape from the back. A cut evergreen and a cut deciduous branch with leaves could be set in front to break up the dark triangle. If one really wanted to be invisible, harvesting all the wood and leaves from some distance away and dispersed would help. Freshly sawed off ends are pretty visible until they age - maybe smear some small amount of mud on them?
