@4:28:21 Narus don't have the +20k to the front row from Exterminate, that's a separate ACT skill that costs CB1, but the reason the Reseph/V-Mighty Bolt column hits anyway because V-Mighty Bolt gets +5k if it either player bound a card that turn.
