Bushra apa, aapne itni important baat ki hai. I’m extremely opposed to cousin marriages. I have seen families break due to these relationships and the medical problems obviously exist. Please do write about it. I have a story in my family about cousin marriage. It ended in divorce and now the sisters don’t talk to each other. The whole family unit split.

Middle Eastern people do bloodtest before marriage. It is mandatory for both parties. I know a couple where girl was Morrocan ang guy was from Syria and they both had to do blood test before marriage because it was a requirement to register marriage.
