Yours is a newer version of the one im running. Ive cut some ash with mine using my 3 foot bar. If you have a sharp chain you need to let it cut at its own pace. Awsome saws.

Good saw young lee my hubby used one here in Tassie logging years ago He said the main fault was they were too much horsepower for the crank case cover and without fail the aluminium would break away at the screw holes , well done mate

That music at the start when you were showing the old girl sounds a bit like a 70s porn, and saws and the girls from that era do exactly the same thing as they do today. Only difference back then is they were a bit heavier and a bit hairy, now they’ve got more plastic bits 😎

Ive owned 3 041 saws. Im using one right now for my main saw since i sent my 044 into ace for a simple fix and they screwed with the carb and it wont run right now. Its dissapointing to spend hundreds and get a saw back thats worse than when you dropped it off 2 months earlier.

Yeah the springs are all good just the pads on the clutch shoes had deteriorated and come apart! Always something to fix on them 😂

The chain is spinning with no throttle because the air filter is rooted

It was spinning because one of the clutch pads ad broken apart and jammed underneath another one so it was stuck with the clutch engaged 😂🤙🏾
