My parents stayed most of each year in Terlingua for many years back in the early 90’s. They loved it. I saddened me to see a multi part documentary about the owner of La Kiva getting murdered in his parking lot, they spoke so highly of him.

Love your visits to the terlingua, big bend area. I first went to terlingua when I was 10 yrs old with my family in 1972. We purchased 20 acres north of the ghost town. I still have the property... It is great place to camp. Just below Sawmill Mountain. If we ever cross paths in terlingua you would be more than welcome to camp on the land... thanks for sharing your trip.... gw

Hello. I was just daydreaming while watching the drone shots over the landscape. If you ever wanted some extra passive income I am sure that people would order some of your favorite prints. You are really good at capturing little solo pink flowers on a cactus, along with countless flower shots with landscape behind. ❤️❤️❤️ You have captured so many gorgeous sunsets, creeks with foliage, and mini waterfalls with moss and leaves or mushrooms. These are all the types of pictures that someone would gaze at and daydream in their living room or man or woman cave. Keep on capturing Cody and Kellie! Got to go rockhounding out of Terlingua just as covid was hitting the country. We had a wonderful time, but were nervous going home to Missouri. Businesses were closing their doors as we entered. So glad we got to do that trip. Beautiful, stark country.

Some amazing vistas! I have only been to El Paso and Dallas when it comes to TX. Loved seeing the first spring wildflowers. Lupine, cactus, globemallow, at least that's what we call them. I think you picked a good place to finish winter!

Love the video! I normally watch via my Apple TV but the audio/video sync was way off after you introduced your friend. On a few parts, it even seemed to move in FF. When I watched on my phone, everything was good. Both the phone and the Apple TV are on the same WiFi. Hope this helps you solve the mystery. Maybe it was compressed for mobile devices.
