Very nice explanation i saw ur few other videos too Can u make one video on how BA gather requirements documents it and then how it gets translated to design n dev teamand tgen to test cases n then Uat and how much BA involvement in these phases( i assume not much in design n dev phase) Please give example like WEB based app maybe updating the page If you can iwill appreciate bcz u make videos very simplified n easy to point

@@ITProjectManagers if you can make that will appreciate Your videos r very easy to understand from layman( non IT perspective) and majority of pl gping into ba from last 5 years r from non STEM stream( no technical degree) If you can make soon will help Bcz as I aw ur videos u r a pro in BA and it shouldn't take you more then hour to make it and tgen skim it to 25 or 30 minutes or shorter Please do not skip it its very imp in interview Noone asking what's brd frd poc business case project charter or rtm or any what your majority videos covered Trust me they ask tell us how will u do this job from gathering to testing and they say give any any example doesn't matter e commerce , heatlcare, retail, restaurant, any FYI I know many friends of ie were ask same ( clients was deloitte, KPMG, Aetna, vanguard, EY, thriving and many) Don't feel otherwise no one ask any book theorotical or blk n white knowledge anymore

Just confused a bit Why not just hire a Business Analyst for the team instead of assign BA's responsibilities on QA engineer?

No worries. Thanks for asking. So, in this series, I describe a typical customer-vendor relationships. Often, we work under the so-called Times and Materials contract. Here's what it means: Vendor has a rate for each role in the company they can outsource. For example, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts. So, the customer pays for each person on an hourly basis (but usually several weeks/months in advance). Keep in mind that this rate includes salary and profit margin for the vendor. In this case, the customer decided it was not efficient to pay for the Business Analyst. As a vendor, we don't want to pay for this BA from our own pocket. That's why we can't fill this role.
