Font used are really bad and couldnt read clearly. Trying to relate only with your voice and by enabling subtitles. Fonts plays a dominant role.

Hi Sarabjit, I have couple of questions : 1.Are the use case diagrams made according to the future state? Like do they depict what we are going to make ? 2. Are the use case diagrams and process flow charts (for as-is or to -be )independent or dependent on each other ? Can you please clarify. TIA

1. The use case diagram is for the future state. It gives a clear picture of the system interaction, and it even gives perspective to the developers building the system in some cases. 2. The AS-IS and TO-BE are independent of each other. AS-IS is the current system or process you want to improve, and the TO-BE is the solution you are proposing. I hope this helps
