So he waits until lunch is over to tell her that he found a house instead of calling her as soon as he found the property? You can't teach that. Are there any actual real estate agents at RE/MAX that approve these ads before they are made?

Wow, Debbie Downer. Perhaps he took the time on the phone to know his client enough that he knew she was working that day and could not take calls at work. He found the mentioned property that morning. So instead of interrupting her and risking her job by calling her, he went directly to her place of business, thus patronizing her place of work, let her do her job, ate, and then waited until a more appropriate time to let her know about the property he found. So basically since you didn't think of this, you just admitted that you don't take the time to get to know your clients and would possibly bother them at work with a phone call and risk their job if they have an employer who gets upset with personal calls coming in. And you assumed how long he knew about the property. It could have been 1 hour before he drove to her work to tell her. So clearly you assume things, with no factual proof. That tells any potential customers that hey, maybe you will assume something about a home they are buying, and don't take the time to find out for sure, or get it in writing. So now what you have done here is announced to any potential customers that you have a poor attitude, are ok with assumptions and no evidence of fact, you have a confrontational disposition, no sense of humor (most people would just watch this tongue in cheek and find it amusing, but you took it completely serious and tried to find an angle to attack the #1 brand in real estate), and you put pushiness and urgency to make a sale before taking time to get to know your customer.
