Yes thank you! So many people look and talk down on getting a college degree because they’ve made an income without it, but it’s not all about just getting a job it’s about investing in yourself and education. You can still do what you love after you get you’re degree- even if your degree doesn’t match your career path

I love this video. I was a college adviser at a public high school where I helped students from low income backgrounds, underrepresented communities, and first generation students get access to apply to college. I met so many bright students with bright dreams and I always told them education was the best thing they could do for themselves. It is something they will always have. Couldn’t agree more, Lilit ! I just wish education wasn’t that expensive in the USA. At my university im paying $7500 per semester. I’m pursuing Management and Leadership degree... plus the textbooks. Crazy expensive!

OMG I got so caught up in depotting and making my kit more compact I almost forgot you were going to upload!! I’m so fascinated by you, your passion and your drive, I truly admire you. I learned how to do makeup before studying international business, sadly I didn’t finish, but I have the knowledge that university gave me but best of all I have all the things that my super amazing and intelligent grandfather taught me. I know that you have to be brave and do what you love when the opportunity knocks at your door, because you have always more to gain than to loose, and that stuck very deep in me. I stopped going to school here in the U.S. as I couldn’t finish my college in my country as well because of getting married and moving here, but after watching this video now I will definitely go back to it and try to get a degree first. I’m feeling very unmotivated in university and I just don’t feel the passion. But, when I do make up, I literally enjoy the whole process of it. With all respect i don't agree with you Lilit.. I think everyone need to do what they want in life. What they are passionate about. I dont have a degree. Honestly i quit my SCHOOL because it was too boring for me 🙈😂. Now i am 29 and last 5 years i am successful freelancer web-designer. I make enough money for travelling and living normal life. Nothing extra but i make 2-3 times more money than all my friends make with their degree! And thats true. So... 🤷‍♀️.
