Thanks for being realistic and not blindly pushing this role. A lot of SAS channels just blindly push their solution to people trying to get into this field.( Ie:course career codes, scripts, and mentorships)

It's doing SALES, presentations, calls and all, that gets one to also understand effective marketing. Marketers that have never been in sales don't get it. Plenty of them to go around! I sell marketing services. Very few decision makers go search for that, read on that topic, etc. I have to SELL my services, while offering marketing services to them. My point is: it depends on what you are selling too. And one can do both. You sell tech. Your own company has a lot of marketing videos, pages, tryouts, and so on about your products. But little would get viewed without YOUR sales calls. It's a combo of sales and marketing. And you're not offering a pure commodity like the fake moral lesson giving near-slave labor exploiters in the video. Oups, I meant, Nike.

None. I would focus on prospecting first. Once you have that down and you are performing than post “relevant” content on LinkedIn. Most sdrs post sales content on LinkedIn…that isn’t relevant. Post about your industry and the problems you solve
