Ye question 7 marks ka hai isliye answer ko elaborate krke likhna hai...jaise is question me rights of outgoing partners pucha hai to aap direct section 36-37 apply kroge to answer bohot chota ho jayega, isliye usko elaborate krne ke liye jitne bhi rights and sections hai related to outgoing partner, vo sab mention krenge. Hope I made this clear 🙂

In question no. 24 contract is made before death of partner .So how private estate of deceased partner cannot liable for such contract? Please explain

Here, although the contract was made before the death of the partner, the delivery of the goods was made after the partner's death and in case of the death of a partner, a partner is no longer counted as a partner since the day he died. So during the insolvency of the firm, the deceased partner was no longer a partner of the firm and so therefore, his private estates will not be liable. Hope I made it clear🙂

Agar question silent hai ki agreement me express kiya hai ya nhi or baaki requirements mentioned hai question me, jaise is question me ek condition fulfilled hai ki usne unauthorised activity ki to it's in the interest of firm, agar koi bhi ek reason mentioned hai question me to baaki conditions ko assume krenge ki vo bhi fulfilled hai... hope I made this clear🙂

As per Section 33, the following are the factors : 1) It must be expressly provided in the agreement (partnership deed). 2) The expulsion should be in good faith that is- i) A prior notice should be served to the partner before expulsion. ii) The expulsion should be in the interest of the firm. iii) The partner should be given an opportunity to be heard ( Audi Alteram Partem ). 3) If the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled, even the majority of the partners can expel a partner from the firm.
