Supervised Visitation is a great service! I am a provider in Oregon and I love it. I made $20,000 in the last 90 days. You also have to be very patient!

The parent seeking your service will set the location. It has to safe, neutral, public, and if the court has some requirements then those as well. I will ask Tamara to respond as well.

My boyfriend requested supervised visits because his child's mother was not allowing him to see his daughter and he wanted to bond with his daughter peacefully without the mother's negative influences. The judge granted his request.

The judge does not just listen to the mom and say ok just because the momis not happy with u, u get supervised access. No hun. Court gives superior access to the parent who is abusive, drug addict or some sort of mentally unstable and many more serious reasons. Dont blame the mother hun. U might go through the same thing.

@@MrSolila The mother alienated the child from the father for 2 years! And she's still violating court orders. My boyfriend is taking her back to court in January..and he's terminating the supervised visits. Not all supervised visits have criminal, drug addicted parents. The judge granted his request and the mother did not show up in court. Yes...I'm blaming mother. Parental alienation is pathetic.

It's very common for the abusive mom to lie. The court allows it.
