If you've been at a company for a few years then decide to find a new job and hand in a letter of resignation it's already too late. Companies should be meeting yearly with employees and reviewing what issues are brought to light.

Companies are trying🤔🤔 Salary are low for the economy that we are living in now. People jobs felt secure before but now there is none. People feel like they need to compete for a job that they got hire. U get educated n companies dont want to pay the salary that is for your position. Managers now in days are lacking alot of skills. No one is really providing a good evaluation now n days. Things are getting worse. Yes there is jobs but with the rent being GB high who can work for less pay. Companies need to realize. Gas is high n companies need to realize n it's why most people want to work from home. Bottom line the government has made it hard by not looking at the Housing crisis n gas crisis. People need solutions. To add interest rate high explain why low income families r in debt. Simply can't offered even food. Let's pray that they find guidance. Businesses have had it too good for too long...maybe if businesses actually started to care about their employees they wouldn't leave.
